disagree, these rumours around more street races in cities such as London will see no overtaking whatsoever. We've had plenty of purpose built tracks in recent years and they've either dropped off the calendar (India, Korea, Istanbul, Malaysia) and/or been a bit rubbish (Abu Dhabi, Mexico). We need a 2 year calendar imo.
There's a balance to be had.
There's nothing wrong with the odd street circuit imo, Baku was great last year
You forgot about the safety car materather unique for a street circuit. Besides, Vettel getting angry and a faulty headrest made that exciting.
Have you watched any races this year?F1 is slowly falling apart and safety is killing the sports. the rush and the fear has long gone the new wishbone is shocking what next rib cage yes i understand the safety of the driver but that is what makes you a better driver the one who takes the chances with a tight over taking and late breaking. the new cars are just remote control by the team and the driver is a autopilot
how many of the drivers today would jump in nigel mansell old car or ayrton senna old car and win a race with just skill of driving it around with not much help from the pits and the race season is daft and the points even worst. but worst of all is the rules and the race stewarding with there little stop and go penalties and tyres you have to race with speed in coming into the bit lane its a minefield for penalties and grid places for changing a part on your car ??????

yes and the cars are looking daft with that wishbone ??? i just don't see what its for safety wise and if the car flips over and the driver is trapped how can that be good for the driver hoping to get out quick as possible. maybe F1 did not look to close at safety in getting out of the car other than just head safety
i like F1 and yes this season could be open and maybe Ferrari can keep up with mercedes but when the european leg of the tour starts then mercedes will smash it again with speed instead of small circuits with lots of corners that suit Ferrari
To protect debris hitting their head and resulting in a fatal or serious accident
Imagine a wheel coming off it's tether and hitting a driver at 100mph+.why not just make the helmets better then the wishbone may not stop debris anyway so i think F1 have jumped to quick into the wishbone without much testing everything and having a good look at the Ferrari wishbone they have aerodynamic on them so maybe more into it than safety
