The Halo was implemented to avoid what happened to Bianchi in 2014 Japanese Grand Prix. The helmet alone couldn’t prevent what happened.

It wasn’t actually. The halo wouldn’t have stopped that Bianchi’s death.

The halo is in place to stop incidents such as Massa and Justin Wilson.
