Cheers Sherlock. The incompetence of the Mercedes team gave vettel the lead and if he hadn't been punished as he should have been he would have won the race
I'm not sure how you can object to that but seeing as you love to kick up an arguement at every opportunity I'm sure you'll find a way

Yes I've read what the stewards said "evidence which showed that car No 5 drove alongside and then steered into car No 44."

No mention of intent? What do you think the sentence "steered into car 44" means? You think one of the top driver in the world can't keep his car straight in first gear at 30mph with one hand when he changes brake balances (and thus steers with one hand) whilst driving at 200 mph? Come off it.

As to asking the team to get Bottas to help out, he says 'IF Bottas isn't racing for position', you stated he wanted Bottas to sabotage his own race. Hamilton never asked anything of the sort due to the big IF at the start of the sentence.

Well they showed it several times during the race and another five or six times in the post race analysis and the stewards (who had access to all video and telemetry) stated "evidence which showed that car No 5 drove alongside and then steered into car No 44."

I'm aware of twhat the stewrads statement is.

Every in-car shot I've seen has any movement blocked from view.

Only vettel knows if it was deliberate and you know it; he lost his cool by pulling up to him but if you think he's stupid enough to risk his whole race deliberately for no reason then I'm not sure what to say
Why should he have help from his teammate? He had a decent gap and would have risked losing his place to vettel and Lewis regardless of whether he was racing for position or not

Because that is what he did and every talking head, ex driver, steward and the race director also concluded!

If you can't see it was red mist and road rage then maybe you should say anything.

Maybe because you're watching sky's coverage who seem to have rag and bin dipper level of bias towards Hamilton

He didn't. But Hamilton, when he asked the question, doesn't know what the situation is with Bottas does he.

Why should he help his team mate? Erm, For the team? As it was the Team knew he could have a chance at second so told Lewis and he didn't repeat the request.
