He has done a good job and all the players speak very highly of his man management but he has had very favourable qualifying groups and runs in the finals but is not good enough as he has not beaten any half decent sides when it matters.
Has no clue on how to use Phil and has relied so much on set pieces. England have some great talent but need a top manager who will build a team around Phil
