Kevin Richards: As much as we all complain about VAR, when there are still clear errors like that offside, you can see some of its value. It’s a necessary evil.

Dave Payn: Even with no VAR, that's an awful miss from the assistant ref. It wouldn't have been acceptable before VAR, so it's no more acceptable now.

'Defeated in offside time'published at 22:16 Greenwich Mean Time

FT: Manchester United 2-1 Leicester
"We are not defeated in Fergie time, we are defeated in offside time," said Leicester boss Ruud van Nistelrooy. Full quotes to come.

Lino should never referee another top level or Sunday League game in a fair world, it wasn't just Magliar, every rag was offside and he had a perfect view of it and still didn't raise his flag, utterly scandalous.
The same lino that gave a throw in to them when even on the wide TV shot it was clearly a Leicester throw in

Corruption in play clear as mud

If a case for keeping var was needed here it was

Some blues were of the opinion that is what Pep insinuated, whether he did is a matter of opinion.
Even if he did it's possible he's wrong, most managers think it's corrupt against their team doesn't mean they are right.
Real have just wrote to La Liga stating they are convinced its corrupt, I'm assuming you don't agree with that sentiment?
I don't think there is systemic corruption. There is isolated bias to put it mildly.

Why I could never watch it in the 2000s on full display. It was just so blatantly bent.

News at ten. Not even a mention.

It's almost as if it's a closed club and we weren't wanted.

Imagine if Leicester could sue?

His son supports United.. what a twat. Absolutely hates us and his kid doesnt even follow the same team as his dad.
You can’t really criticise the lad for that, my grandchildren don’t support the same club as their dad, either. Their Nan made sure of that.
We took them to Etihad from the time they were nine months old, and they’re both indoctrinated in all things Blue.

Their father is a Littlewoods fan.

Great work Littlewoods.

Where's that BlueHammer twat preaching.
It doesn't take VAR for the linesman to see there's 3 offside players now does it?

Every club is convinced it is they that get the shitty decisions and will be able to point to some evidence or other that supposedly proves it.

I don't give a fuck about other clubs only us. Our complaint was vindicated as at least one ref was pulled from.our games after a few dodgy decisions in our games.

I know Jamie Jackson supports United but good grief.

“Harry Maguire: from up for sale two summers ago to redemption completed via a 93rd-minute nodded winner. If the defender was clearly offside when meeting Bruno Fernandes’s spiralling free-kick from the left he certainly did not care as here was his own tale of FA Cup romance.”
