I'd hope they'd get it. So many clubs have played weakened sides. If we get a difficult draw (Chelski/Arse/Spurs away), and put out even a slightly below par team can you imagine the media outcry for disrespecting the FA Cup if we get beaten?
We did a draw at work with no fridge or microwave involvement and this is how it panned out
- Middlesbrough v Arsenal.
- Lincoln v Sutton.
- Man Utd v Huddersfield.
- Man City v Burnley.
- Fulham v Spurs.
- Chelsea v Blackburn.
- Derby/Leicester v Millwall.
- Wolves v Oxford.
Would like Sutton or Lincoln but there's a 50% chance of a Premier League team assuming Leicester beat Derby so I imagine we'll get Boro or Burnley away.
Not necessarily conspiracies Ric but you surely must question the plausibility of multiple negative coincidences when it comes to media, refs, cup draws and TV viewing to say the least :)I'm hoping for a favourable draw tonight, just for some respite from the conspiracy theories as much as anything.
