You're saying the decision was too slow, not based on watching the TV, where the gap was about 30 seconds, but based on some BBC intern taking 5 minutes to type it up.

The decision was incredibly quick, the Chelsea players had only just stopped celebrating when Oliver blew his whistle. The gap was big enough you could see it without the lines, just needing the replay.

Its was exactly what VAR was brought in for.
