Yeah you’re right actually. It just says supporters must have attended a fixture at the Etihad Stadium. I assumed this season. But it doesn’t actually say that.
Hopefully you can get one sorted still

Basically it means that you must have a supporter number. You don't appear to have to have attended any match this season.

I bought one for my son. He had a Blue Card three or four years back. He does attend quite regularly but effectively shared a season ticket with my other half. She does the weekend matches and he goes to the midweek matches. That means he has next to no status.

I got in the queue at 08:45 and had a ticket sorted by 09:05.

The system was a pain because it would not allow be to assign the ticket to his supporter number and kept telling me I had exceeded my quota. I accidentally added a second seat. It them permitted assignment. I reassigned the first ticket and deleted the second and all went through.

£250 is not cheap but it is at level two on the halfway line.
 
done it! had to get supporter services help, so i apologise for all that moaning i did the other day!

I would ring the club even if you have rang before with no success.

It sometimes just luck who you speak with at the time if they are prepared to go the extra mile.

If you keep calm and just give them a good enough story, eg everyone except x is now going etc, show evidence of your other final tickets etc.

Say you feel so frustrated disappointed that going to have leave x behind to miss possible first ever domestic treble etc and feel that you had a

ticket but it wouldn't assign etc on a good day with the right person you never know, they may just cave in and sort you out.The fact its gone to

general sale may help as if a load of st holders with low points hadn't got a ticket they would be inundated, but less so that it went to general sale.

You have nothing to lose, but be polite, calm and say please, those x3 get you a long way in customer service as they are usually facing people

at their angriest, so makes a pleasant change.....
 
apparently the number attached to her when i added her to my list yesterday was the wrong one, and not my fault it was them, but the guy looked up her proper number for me, and we're done!
