FA Cup Final - 18/05 1700hrs

I think that you will find that is for sales between Club Wembley members. I bought tickets in Club Wembley for the Wigan final, but they stopped that when Millwall fans kicked off in Club Wembley when they got to a play-off final.
They stopped an entire policy based on based on Milwall fans kicking off? ffs that sounds like the FA, wouldn't it made more sense to stop the policy for the 1 game involving milwall on the basis that their fans are dicks that could kick off with themselves in a locked room.

I'm season ticket holder low points. (didn't make the points cut off for the LC final). I'm thinking I won't get one.

If that's the case. What do you think is the best way/options for getting a ticket before the game? I can't be arsed standing outside shouting 'tickets anyone got any spares' like a tout like I've done a couple of times before.
League Cup Final went on General Sale, therefore you could have got one

I got one but thought there were not that many left so rushed and got one as soon as my window opened. When you say general sale you mean with previous purchase history?

Didn't realise that.

Was General |Sale with previous history, so basically anyone who has been to the Etihad.

Won’t be the same for the Cup Final though

Its a gamble. In the 2011 final I watched the criteria go to ANYONE on the cup scheme, regardless of points could buy a ticket. I wasn't on it so missed out. Gutted wasn't the word and I haven't made the same mistake.

I was a bit daft really, as I've been to the home FA Cup games plus the semi-final despite coming off the scheme.

My logic was that I wanted to take the family to hospitality as a treat in one of the earlier round games (in the end, we did the Mancunian for the Rotherham game) and didn't want to pay for my usual seat plus another in the hospitality area.

I might be OK for the final as I only need a single ticket, we'll have to see.

No I made it up. Of course they had it, that's why I missed out, as someone with zero points could buy a ticket, while myself with over 40 years supporting us couldn't.

This will make you sick, mate: My mate joined the cup scheme that year for him and his two lads a few days before the Reading Quarter Final. He got tickets easily for both the United and Stoke games, despite not having that many points...

It's a gamble for sure and cost does come into it, although the club does usually keep the cost down at least for the early rounds. You think it was worth it though when we get to a final and can get a ticket. 2011was our first chance of winning a trophy in 35 years so tickets were like gold dust. I have no idea why I didn't join the cup scheme that year but you live and learn.
