Not all SC holders are on the cup scheme though and there will also be a proportion who are on the scheme who for a variety of reasons won't be going.

Looks like the Horseracing won't be rearranged then, they won't want the Derby 1st up or 15 mins before KO, or last when people will already started leaving normally.
