One option for anyone worried about trains but don’t want to drive the full way is park at Milton Keynes. Trains run back there until late (last train 23.55) on Saturdays. Super off peak return is £18.90 into central London or £25 to Wembley. Hotels in MK that night from £50 too.
Bit pointless - needs a change of train to get to Wembley. Plenty of choice of stations on Chiltern Line near M40 and trains direct to the stadium.

Was having a nosey to see if I could find out what Palace’s allocation was, and came across this, bummer if you get caught out 15 minutes before kick off

City did the same thing for the semi final.
My ticket was blocked and I had to go to the ticket office where they handed me, my pre printed paper ticket with an explanation of why it was blocked.
Picking on poor old Chappie.

What if, as they instigated you could buy was up to 4 additional tickets? Then what

Yeah I agree thats better if want to go directly to Wembley. I prefer not to drink around there though so this works if want to go into central London. About 10 trains an hour from MK.

Can anyone dm me some nice places/pubs to watch the match?
Preferable in the area of Portland st. - Piccadilly
(just asking as from abroad)

Did they escort you to the ticket office or just deny you entry & tell you to go there?

You’ve been spotted handing out tickets at Tesco in Stockport.

conssesionary?

are they trying to catch people buyung cheaper tickets or is it random
Who knows.
In my case they know me and they also know I have a medical condition which in time will finish my career.
They don't know how long so they might be checking I'm still around and have not passed it on, due to my demise.
I've already had 1 snotty email of them for missing a home match this season due to my chemo treatment getting in the way of me attending.
That's what you get when you issue computer generated emails.
Check your records first,Oh chappie has missed 1 home match in about 20 years,is he OK should have been the first port of call.
But we are just customers now !!

It’s our ticket compliance officer stamping his authority to justify his £25k salary
Probably a traffic warden before he made the sidewards step !

They charged me £30 from MK for the semi
That's expensive. I always use the trainline and book in advance. The cheapest return tickets have been as low as £10. Avanti charge the rip-off prices so I avoid them and use West Midlands Trains or LNER. The current return from MK to London for May 17 (as of tonight) is about £20.

Plus the hotels are usually much cheaper in MK than the posher Chiltern route towns! I have done both of these routes for London matches for years. Wycombe is also often pretty cheap for hotels. Provided you book early.
