FA Cup Final | Ticket Advice

I’d be shocked if it’s 3pm. The later kickoff time for the final is less to do with other fixtures and much more to do with TV - as far as the terrestrial broadcasters are concerned, the teatime slot is a lot more preferable in terms of viewing numbers. And the Derby (the horse race!) is that day which ITV has the rights to - they won’t want that clashing with the cup final.
Google saying so far 3pm KO, Saturday 3rd June. Subject to change for TV?

Oh yeah. Forgot about the Derby. That is scheduled for 4.30pm too so it won’t be before 5.30pm, could be later or even 12.30! There is a Beyoncé gig on at Spurs that night with 80,000 going to that! Great scheduling :-)

If that turns out to be the case then the world's finally gone mad. There was a time when the FA Cup Fjnal transcended all else. With no other games scheduled for the 3rd June there should be no reason why it should not be 3pm KO. Then again, who gives a flying fcuk about us supporters?

Do cheap train tickets exist anymore?

Showing as £103 return when I looked which is the standard fare isn’t it?

Is it possible the final may be 3pm this season as no other games on?
£103 sounds like your standard off peak return fare. If you are not going alone then might be worth getting a friends and family railcard, even if it is just a one off trip. It used to be cheaper for me to pay for 2 seats with the railcard than it was for me to pay for just me without a railcard and stick the child on my lap. Have to say I've found it hard to find advance tickets with avanti and the skeptic in me thinks something is going on there.

I'm hoping it gets down to Citizen members (the Watford final did). Just booked my hotel for the friday and saturday nights.
Depends who we play. I hear 26k per team. Don’t think there are that many on the cup scheme so should go to all ST holders if it’s a United. For Brighton I expect to members

Next thing you know they'll try anything they can to link an innocent ship on a team badge to the slave trade..... oh wait

Season ticket holders will get a ticket if they want one. Usually get about 25k tickets for the final, considering we've just had the semi final to pay for, have the champions league semi final home game which wont be cheap and then a potential final all within a month of the fa cup final, there's going to be people that have to pick one or two of those to skip and there's not that many on the cup scheme. If you've got a season ticket you'll have the opportunity to get to all remaining cup games this season except madrid away.

If you're on the cup scheme, you'll get a ticket regardless. If we play Brighton, you'll get a ticket regardless. If you're a season ticket with high points, you'll get s ticket regardless. If you have low points or are a match day member and we play united, you'll struggle.
