The prices were on the ballot info they had to choose which category they wanted you couldnt enter the ballot without choosing the price category, money started to come out yesterday for the £115 tickets. That's far from a presale process. (All in initial ballot have been told they are successful)I assume the price and coach details are further down then?
They have a presale process, we don't bar for supporters' clubs which has been started and allocated blind of ticket prices or even categories as I understand.
A mate of mine has had the ticket payment problem, lives in north wales, tried the phone yesterday and today and couldn’t get through, has had to drive all the way here to get a ticket he is on the direct debit scheme for. He is about number 25 in a queue he’s already been in about an hour and a half! Presumably one window still open - fucking disgusting, in no other entertainment industry would you be treated with contempt like this. It’s been like this for decades so it ain’t going to change. Bring in the touristsThat's utterly disgraceful. And yet you'll still get some fans who will defend everything about the club
You should email / tweet etc the club, Kevin Parker etc and ask why this is happening especially after the RM fiasco.the branch i was alluding to earlier have announced they have spare tickets, over allocated, anyone want some extras, chap on there, not been to a game, now has 6 tickets, not a season ticket holder, not a member, never goes to the etihad, nothing, absolute joke
I had the same problem… was in a cafe in Madrid and 175th in the queue… simply went online and purchased the like any normal ticket… my tickets now confirmed and in my digital walletA mate of mine has had the ticket payment problem, lives in north wales, tried the phone yesterday and today and couldn’t get through, has had to drive all the way here to get a ticket he is on the direct debit scheme for. Next ballot is for permanent residents of SingaporeUnited have had theirs out for a while, first criteria was all home games plus applying for the semi - all in the ballot were successful, next ballot is for all home fa cup games.
As you say though united have to apply and then allocate. We just log in when the points hit your level don't see the issue reallyMy mates a United fan says they’ve been allocated more tickets than the 30500, hrs just had an email. They’ve applied for their tickets already and we’ve had fuck all, with the shambles of payments for Madrid for a lot of people this is just a big clusterfuck by city
I can fully appreciate your post. In the last few seasons I have had a number of issues which fortunately have been sorted by my sons. No way would I have had the patience to phone and wait in a queue. I know of somebody who has been on the phone today who got cut off after spending over 3 hours waiting. It's absolutely appalling.Correct. I’ve been down to the ground today cos our 3 tickets updated for Chelsea not real. There were lots of people with that problem and the generic payment problem. I was 14th in the queue and it took over an hour to get seen with only ONE ticket office window open - one when I arrived and still only one when I left, at which time there were about 40 in the queue - at least a 2 hour wait coming for them. A second guy came into the ticket office but rather than open a second window he was told to replace the first guy who fucked off. I asked the second guy why there weren’t more windows open and he said he’d made that request many times cos it’s always like this! I rang the ticket office yesterday by the way snd was waiting over 2 hours before getting cut off - it’s ALWAYS like this
2 issues come to mind here (1) if the ticket situation is like this for the fa cup final it’s going to be a disaster (for the fans not the club) (2) I love City to bits but they administratively don’t give 2 shots about the legacy supporters - they know they will get our money come what may and a few hundred disgruntled “old City” doesn’t matter to them - I hate to say it but all their effort goes into generating revenue from new fans and tourists.
CUSTOMER Services? You’re having a laugh
CITY MATTERS? You’re having a laugh
To add insult to injury, having been stood outside for 90 minutes I needed a piss - I went into the shop and asked if there was a toilet, and was told that unless you were on a club tour you couldn’t use the toilets. Told them I have had a season ticket for 52 years and had been stood queuing for 90 minutes in the rain and they didn’t give a fuck. I don’t normally criticise the club but their contempt for rank and file supporters is disgusting
Just realised that it’s likely to be a Manchester derby Community Shield - as a fanbase we should boycott it and IMO future Wembley semi finals.Price hace been held as previous season FA Cup Finals. £45, £70, £115, £145 and £250 from memory.
I hope it not a Manchester Derby Community shield, it'll mean they have beat us in the final, although at least we'd have another league in the bag.Just realised that it’s likely to be a Manchester derby Community Shield - as a fanbase we should boycott it and IMO future Wembley semi finals.
