It's an absolute shitshow and the club gets away with it through blind loyalty. Any other industry you'd take your business elsewhere and never go back.

I rang up the ticket office last week and was on hold for an hour and gave in. Reading some of these horror stories on here I'm glad I did and didn't waste any more of my time.

The ticket office and some of the decision-makers involved are woefully inadequate for a club of our size.

Why've they not done a seat plan to tell us what blocks are what price?

I saw the United one earlier and assume it'd be the same but it'd be good to know
