I think he's a shoe in even if Golden Boy has a good last few weeks.
I am not sure whether he goes to the Rags, Real, or elsewhere, though. There are a few teams in world football that are at the same level as Spurs but are backed with much better spending/stable management, so have the potential to go up a level with a better manager and player acquisition. He may fancy doing what he intended at Spurs but wasn’t allowed the freedom to actually do.
