And that's why you're reigning PL champions, FA cup and European cup holders......

United never live in the past/quote]

True, that's why we never hear anything about 1958.

Commemorating the dead is a common practise,It would be disgusting If they were airbrushed from history.Terrible example.

Yeah we beat them in 1990 in a replayed final after a stonking 3-3 draw in the first game and since then we've been a trophy collecting machine.

Hmmmmmm! You seem to be getting a bit flustered mate, unable to decide which arguement to attack with.

Lol,That is stupid logic by you.

You still here bleating in about how united always just win?

-- Sun Feb 17, 2013 10:02 pm --

There is common practise, then there is what your club do, and milk it for every single £ they can do. It's disgusting.

One minute you're giving it the "we've won everything for years" and then you're giving it the "it's in the past, we don't care", picking your defence to suit the arguement.

Care to explain how my logic is flawed?

A wins a win. We're United we don't care how many we score we just win.

Maybe that's why you lost on goal difference last year :)

This is true. Last season City had a goal difference of +8 on Utd.
Had City won 1-0 instead of 6-1 at Old Trafford, Utd would have been champions

Ah well, barn doors, horse bolted etc.

Commemorating the dead is indeed common practice; commercially exploiting it is quite different. But that's another argument for another day.

Why,you can't take an alternative view?Grow up.
I have nothing to do with whether your 'alternative' views are disseminated on this site. It's not up to me. There are a tiny number of rags who've come on here and given a good account of themselves. You're not one of them. However, I'm interested by your use of 'ye'. It's usually a Scottish or Irish thing. In which case, a rag from Scotland or Ireland is usually a fucking muppet, and you're doing a mighty fine job proving my case by outright lying about how your team just 'wins'. In the past couple of seasons, there can be no doubt that City has had the best of the derby wins. 7-1 on aggregate last season, and a win in the semi-final of the FA Cup the year before. We've had the important ones. You've had the token ones like the Community Shield, which I'd gotten over by the time I left London two hours later, and the League Cup.

No, it's not; it's proving what a hypocrite you are. Or a liar.

You say the rags never live in the past, then you refer to something that happened 23 years ago to try to prove a point, when you knew very well that the Crystal Palace match referred to was the one in the League Cup last season.
