AbsofuckinglutelyGreat kick-off time that! Day on the lash in town.
Make it 9am and invite the local vicar.I agree with you.
Should be 12:30 as 17:45 means the pissheads can act like cunts.
Because they’re the biggest draw, audience-wise.The BBC will show the FA Cup third-round games between Manchester City and Salford City and Arsenal v Manchester United
I dont think anyone is even remotely surprised by their choices. Wouldnt have mattered who the Rags faced either, they would have been on BBC
I played for them in the 80's and the support was pathetic...I don't live too far from Salfords stadium and used to go there the odd time in the past.
Not been since the Crass of 92 got involved.
Have a mate who's a season ticket holder there who's buzzing about the match and sending me videos of the 'Dirty old town' song which I'm sure they'll be blasting out all game.
Glad for true Salford fans like him and I'll be drinking with him before the game, with the kick-off time I think we'll manage a good few.
He hopes they get the smaller allocation,
as he doesn't like the thought of thousands of fans being there who have probably never even been to their ground.
He sees it's as a special game for their club and one where the regulars should be rewarded, and that includes not letting every Tom dick and Harry get a ticket.
But what was the quality of player they were expected to support like?I played for them in the 80's and the support was pathetic...

Numbers, lucky to get 50/75 for a lot of gamesPathetic in terms of numbers, or lack of enthusiasm?
