If Jimmy The Chin Hill was still with us, what on earth would he have made of bantz culture and electronic arsiness? Can you imagine him on social media or appearing on motdx or Christ help us soccer am?!? ; -)Jimmy Hill made an adverse comment about Brian Kidd (I think).
This led to many instances of City chanting 'Jimmy Hill's a bastard'
The amusing thing was, he noticed it! And assured viewers of Match of The Day that his parents had, in fact, been married. I remember that distinctly. If he hadn't mentioned it, I'd have forgotten decades ago.

The match I was on about was in 76-77 season, when City almost won the First Division.No it was a Friday night 1978 I was a year out and 2-2
City were on a 16 games unbeaten run,and Bristol City beat us 1-0 to end the run.
I attended this game so remember it very well.

It was a Saturday mate.It was midweek too I think I remember walking to the ground alongside the river
If I remember correctly Gary Owen had a perfectly good goal ruled out ( no change there ).

Can't see it myself. We've a load of fans that wayWill go to zero. Allocation is larger than a league match, not everyone is on the cup scheme and it is midweek and a long travel

Thought I’d check this out, couldn’t find the disallowed goal but I did find these top quality highlightsIt was a Saturday mate.
