Spoke to club this morning... long story short, you're best asking to go on duplicate list to pick up in Bristol before the game, no 48-hour guarantee available. Get an email confirmation that you're on the duplicate list.

Phoned them today after my postman came.They gave me a Royal mail tracking number and said if it doesn't arrive by Mondays post then Phone them again to get put on a duplicate list. CTID

All the tickets were in one envelope last time I collected so was whoever booked them, but in the European aways it was separate collection and wristbands.

They’re in great form since Christmas and have some very talented young lads, their academy and youth teams have been very good for a few years now.
