No, there is an old ruling, possibly even a law that states no football can be televised between 3pm and 5pm. It was brought in way back to protect attendances when they thought no one would go to a live match but rather watch it on tele. A TV channel who won the rights to televise La Liga have tried to challenge it in the courts. They argued that they could not show Spanish football legally in the UK at 3pm but everyone could watch an illegal stream which didn't make sense. They lost which again didn't make sense.

No because the rules don't allow it on TV on a Saturday - don't shout at me, its an FA rule, and has been since live TV started.
