The last 5 or 6 years, every time we get to Wembley it's the same old same old, It's at Wembley, its a Saturday it's a Sunday, it's a late KO, the ticket prices are too high, there's a marathon, there's a strike, the opposing fans might be a bit naughty, it might be cold, my Parrots gone of his Millet that weekend, FFS. We have achieved what every genuine City fan ( of my age +50 ) dreamt of for decades, the chance to follow my team to London and play in a Cup Final at Wembley. How times & much of our fan based have changed. Speechless at the whingefest. Get to London if you can and support your team and let's not be embarrassed again and be outnumbered by a Championship club. Were a big club..........aren't we?
100% spot on , been waiting for the excuses to start , every year we have it , why don’t people plan in advance ? You know that nowadays we more often than not will be playing at Wembley, what’s the point in following your team all year if you can’t be arsed going to support them when it matters ??? If we don’t sell out again for a semi final then I’m sorry it’s embarrassing . Get down there and support the lads.

Who is head of seat counting these days, i think we need a hierachy, we don't want amateurs making a mess of the biggest seat counting game of the year. Maybe designate people to certain block or tiers, or price range, we need clarity before the counting begins
You are right. No messing around with this. City always try and mess it up too by releasing more seats just when we have exact numbers. It’s a professional job this one!

Stoke final didn’t get past SCs as I remember and a derby final would be as popular
I got favours for the Stoke and Wigan finals. The Watford final actually got down to matchday members, albeit all the cheap(er) seats had long gone. Whether a "derby" final would get down that far or not is debatable.

We're not "big", we're "massive".

We were discussing this earlier. Wembley seat counting is a minefield. I’m not doing it because I don’t think we will come close to selling it out and I dont really care.

It's almost as though the venue and date come as a surprise to some people.

They call it the romance of the cup & this could be their only shot at Wembley & maybe the pinnacle of their careers (whose to say their careers aren’t cut short) we’re talking about two young lads playing for a championship team, I’m not sure what all the hard nosed rules is rules attitudes are about for this one either, if that was my lad I’d want him to play and so would every City fan who was lucky enough to be in such a position, the club could gain a lot of kudos out of this (if it had a choice) instead it’ll be used as a stick to beat us with some what predictably

It's called rules, there has to be some otherwise there would be chaos and everybody would just do as they please. Henderson couldn't play against the rags for Forest in their semi final so weakening them, it's how it is. As I've said it's a shame for the young lads but it's out of our hands.
