FA Cup SF | Liverpool | Sat 16 Apr 15:30 | Travel, Ticket & Pub Discussion

I'm in that group and they are all full of shit.
They are waiting in them going on general sale - which won't happen - to be able to buy them.
Most of them are 14 year old kids.
1 even asked if they would be ok wearing colours :)
Shows how many games he's been to.

So clearly they don't qualify for tickets from their own allocation, probably rarely go to a match.

They will be full of it and thinking they can take the end cos they won't shut up they will get fuckin leathered.

Cockney Dippers in our end, fuckinell it's not gonna end well but won't be their fault.

I’ve been at Wembley on occasions and the scrapping that goes on between some of our coked and pissed up attendees on other blues is not a nice sight to behold. These dippers going in our end do they expect our supporter demographic to be like Delia Smith watching Norwich eating prawn butties washed down with Prosecco?

Other than their match against United, I want Liverpool to lose every time they play. I also want us to win every time we play. I hope we ruin their season because that will mean us winning things at their expense.
I’m convinced we will sweep the treble. Liverpool will end up with their league cup trophy as their haul for the season, and once again the media talk up of a club doing the quadruple simply doesn’t come to fruition.

They clearly have more fans than us now though, are are well oversubscribed on the Wembley ballots. Loads in our end in 2019 CS, and there may be again.
Your comparing a Charity Shield game that no blue gave two shits about, to an FA cup semi final, to make a point they have more southern plastics than us, ffs

Some of them are deluded mate. A few months ago one of the clowns on RAWK claimed our away ends are always full of "trainspotter types". Fact is that our support away from home is a mixture of piss heads, coke heads, and families. We don't pack away ends out full of 18-50 year old blokes all dressed in black like United do but we have plenty of fans who are more than capable of handling themselves, and I've said it before that City's away following probably has more match day alcoholics than any other club in the country with only the likes of Newcastle and Sunderland perhaps being on a par. While most away fans are in their seats 20 minutes before kick-off, most City fans are still in the pub at that point ordering another couple of pints!

Should shift a good few more tomorrow with sales open to purchase history, allowing those to purchase 4 tickets
Will be interesting to see the level of take up this morning. Thousands sold on Friday when each of the 9am and 1pm sales windows opened. In fact, I was surprised at how many shifted. I've no idea how busy it will be today though - I guess there must be plenty of fans who fall into the purchase history category but aren't Cityzens members, plus a couple of people on here have mentioned that they've effectively fallen through the cracks insofar as they deferred their season tickets but haven't been eligible to buy so far, so purchase history opens it up for those fans too.

Let's just hope it doesn't go to "robbing history" otherwise it will be full of Dippers!

Hopefully, there will be a boost in sales today but I know finances are tight for plenty of Blues..

I’m not sure why loyalty points can’t be reinstated for our games at Wembley. Yes it probably won’t happen and the people running the administration of our Club don’t support us anyway. Is it really true that peole who don’t turn up for our home games and just list their tickets on the Ticket Exchange might get double points in future??

My point is that there seems to be a growing list of incentives for not turning up for games.

I've been thinking over the past few days that while thousands of non season ticket holders have shown commitment by buying tickets for the semi-final, if we get through they won't get near a ticket for the final. Personally, I think this can be tweaked and loyalty in a particular competition should come with incentives. Obviously, those on the cup scheme should still get first dibs on final tickets as they made a commitment to that competition in the first place, but once it's gone beyond that I think those non season ticket holders who attended the semi deserve a chance of a ticket for the final. And if they also attended the Fulham home game they deserve an even better chance. That's why I'd propose ring-fencing a chunk of tickets for these fans and putting them to a ballot, with the remaining tickets going on sale to season ticket holders not on the cup scheme but who attended the semi-final and Fulham too. I'm sure people will point out flaws in this and it might need tweaking but at least it rewards loyalty for attending games in that competition, plus it might encourage some of the more apathetic ST holders to attend the semi-final in future.
