You are missing Level 2. 350 ish in there
Not counting level 2. It will be a mixture of box holders, neutrals, Scousers, and City fans. They aren't a city section/end in my opinion. Sticking with my original count in the City seats.

They are blocks purely for City fans. Not counting level 2. It will be a mixture of box holders, neutrals, Scousers, and City fans. They aren't a city section/end in my opinion. Sticking with my original count in the City seats.
They have thrown a curve ball in today!I’ve just got back home and appear to be a bit late with this… but what in the blue hell have City done to the ticketing website. I can’t count seats anymore! I don’t know what I will do 20 times a day…
That was the case years ago - its not now hence why every seat in the blocks we have in Level 2 were available to buy. I was sat there for Watford in the final all blues in my block. As far as I'm aware the boxes are owned by people who have purchased them through Wembley, be it privately or businesses. As such the owners of the boxes can use them for themelves, for family, for friends, for business associates, entertaining, etc. They can also sell them on if they aren't going to the match via Wembley. Level 2 has always been a mixture of fans in the boxes for the semi-finals and finals. There will be Liverppol supporters and supporters of other clubs in Level 2 at the City end for the semi-final. It won't be all City fans. Just like there have been away fans in the corporate sections at the Etihad this season.
I think we had about 6 blocks in level 2 so over 1000 tickets all in the same blocks. These are not box holders and whilst I think they have been owned by club Wembley members in the past, I don’t think many of them are now. I don’t think you get anything special with these seats other than a supposed better view.
