Yes you are right but you could say the same for any block. But if i was a scouser and access to a ticket through City I'd be picking Level 2.

That's exactly what you get a bar like Joes I was in there for Watford as we have disabled tickets in our group and they were the same price (£40? plus free helper) wherever you chose so we went for the dearest seats. The City section of it was segregated off in the concourse so you couldnt get to the Neutral area. Never again.

What about the rest? A mixture of fans.

All I'm saying is level 2, forget club Wembley, forget boxes, and forget what it's called now, won't solely be for City fans, Liverpool fans, or for fans of clubs that have reached the sem-finals or finals.

As you say, there will be limited seats/areas of level 2 that are set aside for City fans and Livetpool fans at their ends.
 
Although I can’t seat count any more I can see that sales have almost ceased now. Hardly any have been sold today.

Yes, away from the allocated seats it’s a mix of fans at both ends.
