According to WHU website theres 12 blocks of both upper and lower tiers beside the city fans that are not for sale. Surely they could give us more tickets. Was sure this would get to cityzens as well. Gutted!!

Got my ticket. Gutted as I will be on my sweeny as no-one else I know can make it. However, I have been wanting to go to the Olympic Stadium more than any other ground this season.

Booked the 23:00 from Euston for £22 just before Virgin Trains realised there was a game on and TREBLED the fare. We're dealing with robbers!!!!

If time allows anyone to stay overnight, then I'd recommend it as there are loads of cheap hotel rooms available in London with it being the week after New Year. I picked up a twin room in the Premier Inn in Stratford right next the Olympic Park for just £46 which is a bargain for the location. With match ticket, digs split 2 ways, and return travel I've got the whole lot for £67.

Fwiw, according to someone I spoke to from Newham Council the other day, there are no away designated pubs within the vicinity of the ground.
