There's a few, including a current one that's applied for an increased capacity up to 2,000!I'm not sure there are many pubs at all close to the ground.
Conversely, some of the pubs round Upton Park are already starting to struggle - a familar story re: the pubs round Maine Road.

2000?? Blimey. Where's that?
I think most of them are a good 10 minutes or more walk away, and that's before the security.

No wonder! With the choice on offer for a night out in London I would have thought the Boleyn wouldn't have been top of most people's wish list!

The pub situation is obviously an issue near the ground so I'm guessing the best thing would be to drink in the vicinity of Liverpool St station and tube it in to Stratford - that only takes about 10 minutes.

That would work fine, as long as you can make it the 10 minutes to the ground plus whatever security time there is.

Cant see WHU prioritising this game when they're up to their necks in a relegation battle.
Plenty of changes for both sides I think and our 2nd string is far better than theirs. They'll throw head on a pole on for the last 10 if its still close and if hes fit. Otherwise we should be able to win this.
Is Pep going to go with a run out with a sprinkling of the kids? Tosin, Maffeo & Angelino, Sane

To avoid any chance of an upset I'd play a strong team, the league cup is the comp for 2nd string player, the FA cup is a far greater prize to piss about with changes. I do think WHU will play their strongest 11 to be honest.They will see city as a huge scalp.
