The fact that Delph is a full international, pumpss up the weekly wage. Its a known contributor.
Remember Mills on 40K a week, 5-10K of that would of been due to his England Caps

Although good for City I can't help thinking this may be the wrong move for the lad himself. He's just breaking into the England squad and probabvly won't be guaranteed much playing time

He's coming to a club where he will be playing and training with world-class players and where he will have a genuine chance of winning trophies - and, that's before we sign anyone else! Or he could stay at Villa and be involved in another tough season. No sweetener required.

And tbf... Milner got quiet a few chances as well..
Exactly, sick of hearing things like another Rodwell/Sinclair etcAnybody who has got faith in their ability would jump at the chance.
If they are good enough they will make it - Joe Hart is English last time I checked
