Also here I really hope a transfer will go through. Delph is not a bad player when he is fit. He also seems like a genuinely nice guy. But his fitness record is simply such that he is useless for City. I'd rather give one of our youngsters the spot in the squad that having a more or less permanently injured Delph keeping it.
Isn't it just funny how City alsways seem to sign these permanent-crocks. Wonder what we are doing wrong.

This shouldn't be a surprise given that when he came here he said on the Friday that he was 100% staying at Villa and was committed to them yet 24hrs later had signed for us. And when he left Leeds he slated us and chose a bigger club (ha ha) in Villa. Needs to go to have any chance of playing international games again - If he stays, I think that will say a lot about how he views his career.
