He's easily a £20m+ player in today's market. however with only a year left on his contract, and clubs knowing he is unlikely to feature for us, he could be got for 10-12m. Anything less tho, is nonsense.

They've got a few decent midfielders as well so I don't think he gets in their first team and I'm assuming regular game time is what he's looking for. I'm surprised Burnley or Sheffield aren't in for him, unless the wages are prohibitive.
