But you don't know now. Neither does anyone. You certain Koke wants to stay if Pep was after him in one of the famous phone calls? Its as likely a move as any.

Sure no one knows if we'll sign Koke in the future. But there's no reason to think that bringing in Fabinho has anything to do with Koke leaving — they play different positions (Koke plays either on the left or as a more advanced CM), Fabinho plays CDM or RB.

Your right mate. Their Transfer ban ends in Jan.....they'd have to buy him, let him stay at Monaco until Jan and then register him during the Jan transfer window...

Surely a ban is a ban.

Atletico should not be able to buy whilst a ban is in place. It appears not though.

Buy, loan back then register when ban ends. A farce.

If ban ends December, then when window opens in January they can buy.
