Jack, how would you feel about Cabaye and Fellaini? Obviously Cesc is the big name, but those two would be attainable and probably make a superb pairing.

I just hope whoever we sign is up to the task of improving our midfield. I'm not fussed about their star quality or how much they cost or whether they have a sexy foreign name. But the longer this goes on the more I worry about an Arsenal style panic buy like with Santos.
whats the utd fans reaction to our signings jack?
I definitely think you've done good business. Last year we strengthened and you didn't, whereas so far this year the complete opposite is the truth. Jovetic is quality and Negredo, although I've seen less of him, from what I have seen will do the business.
It's also good for City that you will have improved the feeling among the squad. Getting rid of bad apples like Balotelli and Tevez will do wonders for morale. Navas and Negredo will help each other settle coming from the same club, together with the other Spanish speakers at the club.
Navas will be a threat since you looked very narrow at times and he can stretch defences where last year you couldn't. And Fernandinho I've yet to see but he looks fucking huge. The general feeling I think us that you've done some good business and with the new managers both starting from scratch we need to get some faces in the door.

Honda seems Milan bound, IMO.cordonbleu said:It looks as though Barca made an offer to Keisuke Honda.
It may well be that the rags got the news and thought they would definitely get Fabregas. Fabregas himself might have been aware that Barca were keen on Honda. Hence, the rags' confidence that they were going to get him.
Bronzetti, a FIFA agent, said that Honda apparently rejected Barca's offer. I don't think the rags can get Fabregas now.

Fabregas will not move. Joining the Rags effectively burns any bridges with Le Arse.

I may be wrong but I believe he is referring to Fabregas burning his bridges with Arsenal, not United.AntiUnited said:Akira said:Honda seems Milan bound, IMO.cordonbleu said:It looks as though Barca made an offer to Keisuke Honda.
