Rammyblues said:Well if this is true it means either Dzeko and or Tevez would need to leave to balance the books financially, if we reckon that we got 20m for Mario. Would only leave us with two strikers. IMO sensible to get 20m cash from Dzeko and take a 17m hit on Falcao meaning our three up front would be Falcao Tevez and Aguero who could all play in a 433 system which I understand Pellegrini likes to operate.
Tevez Falcao Aguero
Yaya Fernandinho Silva
I could get used to that.

I think both will go if we get Falcao. Leaving us with Aguero, Falcao and Guidetti. With the possibility of playing one up top, 3 strikers is the way to go and if we play 2 up top, Aguero and Falcao should do great. In the case that one gets injured, we can rely on the other to play up top by himself.SuperSilva said:Rammyblues said:Well if this is true it means either Dzeko and or Tevez would need to leave to balance the books financially, if we reckon that we got 20m for Mario. I think there is a better chance of Tevez being sold than Dzeko this Summer...
Falcao scores plenty of headed goals though, in fact it's one of his strengths, doesn't need to be a big lump unless we're going to be punting it up the pitch to him all game.Robinho's Subbuteo said:Rammyblues said:Well if this is true it means either Dzeko and or Tevez would need to leave to balance the books financially, if we reckon that we got 20m for Mario. Me too, although my concern would be a big lack of height. If Pellegrini likes wingers that means crosses coming in and we need height.
