the same daily fail said, liverpool will sign david silva.the day before he signed for us.
So we dismiss the reports saying he's not coming from the Mail as bullshit, but treat the reports saying that he is coming from the Mirror as gospel?

The mirror are tonight saying he's going to Monaco. It was the people who said he's coming to us. And the BBC tonight were just speculating on that.
The People, my mistake.

I think with papers in this country, unless they all pick up on something and report it at the same time then they're completely guessing with regards to transfers. Any "exclusives" are just random punts that if they turn out to be true can claim they reported it first.

Falcao is majority owned by a third party. We were never interested and this would and is a major stumbling block for any English club. Falcao has little to no say in where he ends up and neither does athletico. He's off to Monaco anything saying otherwise is just smoke.

Chelsea have contacted Mario Gomez, according to Bild (via @normusings )

If this is true it means Cavani looks more and more to be coming here...think it might be between us and Real now unless Real have someone else in mind to splash the cash on? Bale?

Both crackin players. Only thing is, Falcao would be makin a step down while Cavani would be makin a step up.

in what way ??

my thoughts exactly.

League wise, not club.

Still reckon La Liga has the edge on the Prem at the mo. Even Balo admitted Italian league is weaker.

I'm not convinced that we're even in for Falcao, just about everything seems to be heresay. I think there's a lot of smoke and mirrors in play by plenty of parties with plenty of different objectives. Of course i know nothing whatsoever.

now marca reporting it..

Yet another suitor for Falcao: Manchester City

05/20/2013

Chelsea, Manchester United, Monaco, PSG, Real Madrid... and now Manchester City. The list of suitors attempting to woo Radamel Falcao just keeps growing. According to the English press, Manuel Pellegrini has asked the Citizens to secure his signing and the Manchester club is ready to stump up the €60 million it would take to meet his release clause.

With the cup final out of the way and third place guaranteed in the league, Miguel Ángel Gil Marín hopes to have a meeting with the Colombian to discuss his future. Falcao hasn't ruled out staying with Atlético and is under contract until June 2016, although he's aware that his transfer could help boost the club's finances.

Manchester City, according to the English press, would offer 'El Tigre' €10 million per season. It is thought that his arrival would spell the departure of Edin Dzeko, one of the many players that have been linked with Atlético to cover the vacancy that Falcao would leave behind.
