Placing doesn't matter for defensive contribution points if a defender gets 10 they get 2 points, if a midfielder or forward gets 12 they get the 2 points.Do players tied in second place for defensive contributions each get two points?

Cheers. I was under the impression that it worked the same way as bonus pts, the 3-2-1 system. There can be multiple players in one game all getting 2 points, in another game nobody might reach the defcon threshold.Do players tied in second place for defensive contributions each get two points?

If my maths is right, I'm on 50 points with various bonuses. Haaland, Woltemade, Semenyo and Senesi playing tomorrow.

I've got Senesi and Semenyo in my XI, so a 4-3 would be ideal for me this afternoon.I'm having an absolute howler this week, 7 players down and 20 points, plus 11 on the bench for Gravenberch, hoping Ghoulish or Tarkowski has lassa fever or something :/

and so did I with Double Arsenal DEF since GW04 WC. Not feeling so bad today after not captaining Gabriel yesterday. (never was going to happen for me, but I can't resist mentioning) ;-)Seems like I chose.......wisely!
And given I waited "one more week" to do something with Gyokeres, I know now not to consider Woltemade either. Patience paid off again!

I think I'm ending up on 86, when the bonuses are added on after tomorrow night's game. No one playing at the Stadium of Light tomorrow for me. Only 5 points on my bench. Woltemade was a bit of a letdown. I thought he'd have been good for a goal or two against the worst defence in the PL.
