Fantasy Premier League - FPL 2023/24

Good point. May stick with my front line (Watkins, Isak and Solanke) for now. But when Haaland is back, I'm getting him back in.
I was a mil short of being able to get Solanke a few weeks back. I ended up with Wisa and it's cost me.

All my transfers in the next few weeks will be trying to get Haaland back.

Haaland is currently 13.9m; I've got 6.8m in the bank, and Isak is worth 7.6m. It's a no brainer, really. I want to keep hold of Watkins, and Solanke wouldn't raise sufficient money to get Haaland back. And anyway; he's performing okay at the moment.

Tough one on Wissa. I got Solanke this past week before the price rises, so I got the points and already 0.2 in a rise, with likely more of both (hopefully) to come.

I've got Alvarez ready to start in GW19 because even if Haaland is back, Alvarez will likely start too, and then I'll have my timing set for the next GW to make my move.

I'm not moving on Haaland until I see he is nailed to start, and if I miss a GW before GW21 when the transfer is very easy (Son will be in Asia to facilitate $), then so be it.

I captnd Palmer. A bad move.

Got loads of issues with Palmer and Sterling suspended and Romero injury.
I had Salah as my captain (Watkins as vc). Dippers away at Burnley in their next game, so I'll leave that arrangement in place. Though I might switch the vc from Watkins (away at Trafford) to Solanke (home to Fulham). Though it's pretty irrelevant if Salah plays. Don't think you get any more points for a vc compared to an ordinary player, do you?
