Didn't even check the Spurs game for bonuses. I, like you, assumed that there was no way any Spurs player (specially a defender) was going to earn bonus points.

Just looked at the bonus rankings for that game....
Staggering how they've worked that out. But hey; I'll take them!

Ended up with 41 pts, marginally over the average. Crawled up about 21k places in the overall standings. Seemed to be a low scoring week generally.

Salah is off for 5 days between matches, where Alvarez is off for 2 days between matches. That is something to keep in mind.
I honestly felt fortunate to get a PK from Alvarez this week too.
I'm considering moving Son out early this week to bring in either Foden or Bernardo, and might consider one of them, especially Foden over Alvarez given his current form and where Pep has him playing.
My biggest concern obviously is where will either be playing when both Haaland and KDB (soon?) come back, and does that line up with how both are currently looking?
Sheffield United at home is pretty enticing, nonetheless.
Think I'll go Salah over Alvarez, but might think hard if I get Foden before the deadline (price rise tonight?).

After Pedro got that banger assist to narrow the score to 4-2 with 5 minutes remaining + extra time, he shot right up to #2 in the bonus. I too was stunned, but a gift is a gift and I don't ask questions, other than for him to hold on to the end!
Spurs and Arse losses yesterday while still getting FPL points was more than enough to smile about!

Ignoring the obvious Salah shout, Watkins may be worth a punt (home to Burnley). Can't see Solanke getting much joy at Spurs. If it was down in Dorset, then maybe.

Watkins is a good shout but I've captained him twice this season and he blanked both time's, I'm not brave enough to roll the dice on him a 3rd time. Good luck if you captain him though.
