Fantasy Premier League - FPL 2023/24

Looks like I'll have to use my wildcard next week. Two dips (Jota and Nunez), two spuds (Porro and Vicario, but Martinez will come in for him for one week), one Chav (Palmer) and one Luton (Doughty) in my squad. Could maybe get away with bringing Gordon off the bench for Palmer. That leaves four transfers to be done.

It s a full time job to stay on this game of fantasy. The injuries thing is killing me every week where they either play or are benched.

Can any experienced campaigners recommend when is best to use my free hit and bench boost planning ahead.
Free hit re-sets the following week right? Im assuming the best time to use would be on an fa cup weekend?
Is there any week where everyone plays twice to use bench boost?
Really need to forward plan to get one up on everyone in my work league.

GW34 and GW37 should both be doubles, unclear how many teams will play twice at this stage though.

Of my midfield/forward 7, 4 of them have scored (the other 3 are playing at the emptihad later; Kev, Phil and the lanky bloke). And a potential clean sheet for Saliba (would have been Cash as well, up until a couple of minutes ago).

Halland did not look happy at the end either. Unless Brentford can cover him or disrupt passes like the Chavs did today, I'd expect him to be on a rampage next game at home.

I triple captained him on GW1. "Mental", according to our music loving West Ham fan on here. He got me 39 points that night......




A bit better than 10. Now; of course he could have a field day in midweek, score 4 times, maybe an assist as well, and end up racking up 50 or 60 points for anyone who's TC'd him. I hope he does. But there's no guarantees.

Jota injured at dippers and the consolation goal cost me a vvd clean sheet.
