I used a public order offence loosely as im not 100% sure if it is covered under that, as that law seems to cover nearly everything, but if a steward puts a hand on you, its assault. Only the police can arrest you for a public order offence. If they were to go and get the police and the police asked the same thing, then thats a different story, but what the Showsec guards have been getting away with is nothing short of bullying tactics thinking the rest will listen.
Could they claim they are making a citizens arrest?
Nope. Its classed as Assault. They have no right to grab hold of anyone. Even the smokers. Ive seen some of those handled with arm up the back jobs. They aren't allowed to do that either.

At least read the thread, it will save you time posting erroneous flaws about the survey. Hundreds upon hundreds of flyers with the URL on were handed out in 109 shortly before kickoff for the Wigan game. It was row-by-row, one per person and everyone should have got one. I was involved in handing out for the front rows and handed out hundreds personally.
