I kind of see both sides. the ITK talk is interesting and livens the place up at a time when there is nothing else to talk about. What I don't understand is why supposed ITK's get offended and pack their shit up and leave when questioned. It's natural to be cynical, just accept that, post whatever info you may or may not know in good faith and keep it moving. The only way to stop the cynicism is by being proved right. That's why Spursmad was the best ITK the board has every seen. No funny business, this is who you are buying and when. His only mistake was using the words done deal for deals that were close but yet to be done.

I happen to believe Tolmie, but I think he was being over the top by leaving as he wasn't really catching any abuse.

I don't think that's why he left at all, I think he got cold feet over something or other. I don't understand what all the riddles were about, I mean, I 'solved' them, and they were good clean fun for a while, but it wasn't really in line with how he posts normally.

funnily enough spursmad copped it as more than anyone despite being completely and utterly right. there is definitely a small element who can become insanely jealous, who knows why. I just hate that it's all so divisive. personally I could easily live without the whole thing.

When the hell are you lot gonna clamp down on the constant bullying of ITK's. These guys are what makes this forum interesting, yet you're inability to do what you're asked to has seen yet another one fuck off from Bluemoon.

I understand that Bluemoon has a freedom policy like no other, and this can be a good thing, but you really need to protect your star players.

I honestly don't give a shit if this cause's trouble with arguments, and i also don't care if i get banned because of my questioning, but one thing i hope it does do is make some people sit up and realise that all is not rosey on this forum.

To be fair Ricster, that's a bit OTT. Anyone who posts something which he or she states is inside info, or ITK type stuff, is aware of the possible questioning/abuse/ridicule they may face because of it. It's par for the course, and Tolmie knows that. As long as nobody tries to "out" him, in terms of making reference to his job or who he actually is in real life, then everything else is pretty much fair game.

Just curious mate, since you remember spursmad, were you previously a member of the board under a different username?

I dont hear everything, but i do hear little bits and pieces, last summer on mancityblues.com i was fortunate enough to get Barry (Before the NOTW story), Eto'os saga, and Tevez, which is on the list here, also pm'd quite a few about Hughes getting sacked on Nov 27th, Mancini staying, Our owner being pissed at some of our fans.

The only thing i have got wrong is saying Mourinho would take over after Hughes had gone either in January or more likely the summer, which i rectified with the Mancini staying story.

I have also recently been saying in some threads "Welcome to Manchester Fernando" as an attempt to try and drop some subtle clues over the last month of the bid we have prepared for him.

It sounds like you could be right about things 100% of the time, but you'll still get the sly digs coming youre way from certain individuals.

I was reading the quiete thread and didn't see any real abuse.

I like thhe 'SO CALLED' ITKs post but really take them with a pinch of salt as in reality we have probably had about 2 nuggets of information over the last three windows.

BUT - when you come on a forum and post info without it having any real substance then you should expect some stick.

I do see other people who post small bits of info who get crusified because they aren't tolmie / Ajay. I agree they need to get a grip they love the adulation but don't like anything else - its an open forum FFS
