It's been a pleasure to have you here.

No arrogance, no winding-up, no piss taking. You were here to offer advice for those visiting Germany, and hopefully got something from our fans in return. Quite easily the best set of fans we've had visit the message board.

Hopefully, we'll see you around Bluemoon again in the future. Best of luck in the rest of the competition.

Agree 100%. I hope they go on and win it, they've gone a fair while without a trophy themselves.

This - well said Wheelsy MATE !!

The Hamburg fans ahve indeed been a pleasure over the past few weeks and it would be nice to keep in some sort of contact with them.......ya never know, they are looking good for the Champs League and may want a safe haven in Manchester to have a pint and a chat with decent Mancs before going over to the dreaded Swamp :-) !!

Personally, i hope they win the WAFA now, decent fans, good team and i quite like Martin Jol as well!!

Couldn't agree more I am on crutches due to a knee injury as I live in Chester I got on train Piccadilly stopping to get a bite to eat at the station I dropped one of my crutches and promptly fell arse over tit was picked up and dusted down to 3 Hamburg fans my 8 year old son paniced cos of my fall but one of them chatted to him saying it's ok your dads fine and even gave him a quid!!!! Brilliant cheers fellas you are a credit to your club good luck for rest of the season!

nice guys..but crap dress sense..a few too many biker leathers, sailor hats, and pony tails for my liking!

Nah seriously, I reckon they must have great memories of their time in Manchester, and will count it as one of there best away days..makes you proud to be a blue.

Schalke fans too. Been to Germany three times and always encountered the friendliest of people.

Good luck Hamburg.
