FAO The Hamburg fans posting over the last few weeks...

I liked them, they were a good bunch. Very open, nice, and generous and even after they tore us apart in Hamburg I don't remember any of them gloating on here. I hope they go on and win it, they deserve it.

Any of them been on here since the game ended?
 
Fantastic set of supporters!

Me n afew mates were at Shambles Sq yesterday afternoon and at The Townley pub just before the game and every Hamburg fan we spoke to were sound as fuck! Friendly, respectful, full of praise for our hospitality and our behaviour over there last week!

Good luck to them in the semi's, hope they go on to win the comp now! Then maybe we can pinch a few more of their players in the summer ;) haha!
 
Not at the game so can't comment on that, obviously, but the Hamburg fans on here have been a credit. Over the two legs, their team deserved to go through and I wish them well in the remainder of the competition.

totally agree with nixon the bike thiefs comments the bond between the hamburg players and fans at the end of the match was great to witness
thats what a player / fan relationship should be like i went to hamburg for a pre season friendly when kk was boss and the city players went straight off the hamburg players paraded around the pitch with a big thankyou banner that day after tha match
anyway we love you city ive had some great times watching the blues this season in europe ive been to the 3 denmark matches and the 2 in germany and been treated with respect in all by the residents and the police ( totally different to our police ) lets have more city till i die
 
The best fans we have had at the stadium too European wise. I too hope they go on and win it, they're a well organised team and some of thier players are brilliant to watch, Trochowski and Guerrero and Olic in paticular. Petric is always going to be a threat too. All the best to them, no complaints.
