His face just looks rounded to me.. not like he's got a beer belly or anything ffs.

Looks like hes on the roids to me (moonhead). I'm not saying he's a roid head, just maybe with the injury he has, he has to take stuff legally prescibed to him to sort himself out which is what is giving him a moonhead.
