All English chocolate is a distant memory for me (apart from christmas when my Mum gets me a selection box sent over)

My mum used to buy one every Friday night and share it with me.

My dad used to buy one every Thursday(pay day) along with a 1/4 of pear drops, Victory V's and oranges and lemons. Not forgetting his ounce of Old Holborn, liquorice papers and a bar of Frys chocolate cream to keep mother happy until us kids went off to Sunday school.
It took me at least until I was12 to realise why we were really sent there. Happy days.
