Love all cheese but my absolute favs are Emmental and Halloumi but has to be grilled or fried but can eat it cold as well



the Dukes 92 in Castlefield is great for cheese freaks

Grilled Halloumi in a fresh pitta bread with lountza and fresh mint is a gastronomy sensation!

Hmmmm love cheese ... you bastids i am starving now;-( However one of my faves is to get camberzola and those little round pitta breads. Heat your bread under grill or on, bbq then cut it open like a pocket, put the cambazola and chopped fresh tomato in and squeeze it a bit ( lightly or you'll ruin your shirt). the cheese melts a bit . Lovely............
