2-3 home defeat to the Rags in the FA Cup when Vinny got sent off , 0-3 down with ten men and the Rags were hanging on for a 3-2 win at the end , never been so proud of a team that lost a Derby game

In terms of games that we lost and therefore shouldn't have enjoyed rather than drawn where a draw was a good result I would put the 2-3 against Liverpool in 2008 just after the take over.
We were the better team for much of the match Skrtel should have been sent off and I thought yep we are going to play with the best teams as equals at last.
PS the game above was a cracker as well, terrified them with 10 men.

thought the Bellamy and tease was in the carling cup semi final when he threw a bottle? Or am I completely wrong as normal?The Derby at the Swamp when Owen scored in Fergie time, one of the most passionate and exhilarating games I've ever been to. Bellamy and the Adam Tease aftermath lol

It’s threads like these that convince me that most Bluemoon regulars grew up with Rodney Marsh and the Kick Off Match, in the days when Coventry boasted a chocolate brown away kit and Goodison Park had a semi circular terrace behind both goals.
We're not quite old enough to remember Bell, Lee, and Summerbee in their late 60s pomp, but we can all recall Halifax, Raddy Antic, and the numerous post match demonstrations.after yet another disastrous home defeat.
As for my favourite game that City didn’t win, it would have to be the 1-1 at the Swamp, and Neil Pointon’s attempted decapitation of Ryan Giggs.
However, I was also present for the Leeds Road crutch, and the 3-3 at Walsall, plus the Nixon red card at home to Palace, and the Roger Palmer hat trick for Oldham.
In fact, in all the excitement, I forgot that City missed a penalty in the last three games mentioned.

The 3-2 defeat to them in the FA Cup.
Vinny sent off 3-0 down and then we battered them 2nd half. The 1st 45 minutes was horrible and I was worried sick we would get hammered, but by the end I knew we were a level above but more importantly they knew!
