Favourite City game.....they didn’t win !

2-2 away v Blackburn in 2008 - two very late goals after being 2-0 down.

2-3 defeat to United in FA Cup comes to mind as well, defeat to United is painful but that day the character we showed was fantastic after being 3-0 and a man (our captain) down was fantastic.

Coventry - Away January 1981. It snowed, no roof, White Christmas became Blue Wembley for the first time. Great atmosphere and we got to Wembley that year. 1-1 the result that day

I thought this one would come up - regardless of who was involved etc, an all-round brilliant game.

Sat in the Kippax as a one off that day - side top of the premier league plays the team top of Division 1 (Championship to you youngsters.

Held our own for large parts and with the genius in Bishops boots (as the commentary of the goal went from Andy Gray 'he does have two lovely feet').

In the end Leeds ran out clear and deserved winners and they were fantastic to watch.

Obviously disappointed not to win, but I can remember coming away from the game thinking that was as good a game as I could remember where both teams were excellent.......

Only the goals, but for those who can't remember...

Notts County away in the 85 promotion season. We took in excess of 10000 and were allocate some of the home sections for the game as we could've secured promotion that day. In the seated section there were fans singing the "laughing policeman" song to the local constabulary and in true City fashion we were somehow 3-0 down at half time to a struggling County side. Second half we got it back to 3-2 but it wasn't to be, so it went to the final game of the season at home to Charlton. Great memories.

What tickled me that day was that someone decided that Jimmy Sirrel was just the man to quell the angry mob of City fans who were threatening to tear down the fencing and invade the pitch. So he stood in front of the crowd making gestures appealing for calm to much mirth, especially as he looked like a gnome poor bugger. Was it not the late Justin Fashanu who created havoc in our defence that day ?

The second half of the FA Cup third round against United in 2012 sticks in the mind. Although we lost, we had come back from 3-0 to 3-2 with 10 men after Kompany's controversial red card. The team got applauded off that day in spite of the defeat. Had the game gone on a few more minutes I'm sure we'd have won.

Remember it well, Me and my lad were sat right behind the goal where they all went in got pissed wet through despite wearing those plastic angoras.Should have been given a penalty near the end when Phil the face handled whilst making a tackle but the ref couldn't or didn't want to see it. Came away thinking that we were definitely the better side and that were more worried about us rather than the other way round

The Derby at the Swamp when Owen scored in Fergie time, one of the most passionate and exhilarating games I've ever been to. Bellamy and the Adam Tease aftermath lol
