Favourite City player ever?

Asa Hartford.

Aye, I'm a bit older than the average bluemooner, but still not quite old enough to remember the proper glory years. Asa Hartford and Dennis Tueart were my favourite players from my initial era of following City home and away. Both got stuck in and both loved City.
I only wish some of todays lot were half as commited to the cause as they were.

Probably my first hero was Rodney Marsh but I also loved Dennis Tueart, thought his tassles were flash looking. In years to come I'm going to probably include Richard Dunne although I appreciate his time at City maybe coming to a close. (sorry for going off a tangent there)

There's no doubt about it - Shaun Goater is my favourite City player of all time.

I remember getting promoted to the Premiership and lovin it every time he scored cos all you heard everywhere you went was "But he's not a Premiership player" "But he's not a Premiership player" "But he's not a Premiership player"

He was a prolific goalscorer and I loved it when he got his 100th goal for us against united - I went into work and said to a load of Reds " Yeah but he's not a Premiership player"...............HAHAHAHA - Up yours!!!!!!!
