Yep - that's exactly what it is.

He's a sailor called Baciccia (John Baptist in English) and he's there because Genoa is a major Italian port.

Thought i'd revive this seeing as it's very of the moment.

I know it looks like something out of the Beano but for some reason I've always quite enjoyed Fleetwood Town's.

Other than that, as somebody previously posted, the Partick Thistle badge from the 90s was great.
