Its got to be Inverness Caledonian Thistle, if only for the headline they generated when they knocked John Barnes' Celtic out of one of the cups;

'Super Cally go Ballistic, Celtic are Atrocious'.

But to be honest, it's not like i keep an eye for their scores or anything - i couldn't care less - Scottish football in general is awful.
