You just don't rehash a classic, and Fawlty towers is without doubt, one of the(if not the) greatest British sitcoms of all time. It was brilliant, because like Only fools and horses, Porridge and Blackadder, it had brilliant script writers and very strong casts with able actors. You only have to look at Open all hours spawn to see what happens when you try and do this. Leave it alone.
